Psalm 102:17
The Lord will respond to the
Prayer of the destitute……..
Are you……..
Destitute
Impoverished
At the end of your own abilities?
Have I come to a place……….
A place where my own cleverness-
A place where my own solutions-
A place where my own strength.........
Just won’t be enough?
Yes……..
Good!
Now Father can respond-
Now there will be no mistaking……
No mistaking of His work for my
abilities.
This Christian Life is strange…….
Odd……
Even upside-down.
It seems.......
To become powerful......
Powerful beyond imagination-
To be able to draw on the
resources of our Father-
The resources of the Great King-
Yes to become all that He made me
to be-
I must first become……..
Destitute.
2 Corinthians 12
9 But He said to me,
“My grace is sufficient for you,
For my power is made perfect in
weakness.”……..
For when I am weak, then I am strong.
